Your Invitation To Our Linn Pistonik Event

May 5th, 2026

Linn Pistonik.

Linn has introduced its first-ever in-house drive units, developed over three years from the ground up. The new 6" upper bass and 8" woofer use Linn’s new Pistonik motor system to deliver exceptional linearity, lower distortion and greater accuracy across a wide range of movement.

By addressing magnetic, mechanical and thermal limitations, these drivers maintain control even at high output, moving large amounts of air with precision when used in the Linn 360 speakers.

Alongside this launch, Linn has added a new walnut veneer finish to the 360 range, paired with either black or silver aluminium trim. We’ve chosen the 360 PWAB (Passive With Active Bass) version in this new finish for demonstration, offering more flexibility in amplifier choice (although they pair especially well with Linn’s Solo 500 power amplifiers!)

To showcase this new technology, we're hosting a musical evening and welcome you to join us to hear them yourself. We'll be joined by Gordon Inch from Linn, who you may have met before on a previous musical evening, to run us through this new technology and answer any of your questions.

The event is being held on Wednesday 24th June, starting at 6:30 pm and ending at 9:30 pm.

As always, we'll be offering refreshments on the night and welcome you to suggest a track you'd like to hear yourself to put them through their paces.

As we're limited on space, we'd encourage you to book now to avoid disappointment. You can either phone us on 01904 627108, contact us via email to reserve your space, or book via the Linn website.

Linn 360 Loudspeakers.

The Linn 360 speaker is designed to deliver exceptionally clear, natural sound with virtually no distortion or colouration. Using advanced drive units, amplifier technology, and carefully engineered cabinet shaping, it creates a wide, immersive soundstage where vocals and instruments seem to exist in real space rather than coming from speakers. Its curved, precisely constructed cabinet improves sound dispersion in all directions, ensuring consistent tone throughout the room.
