Flagship Bowers & Wilkins 800 D5 Series Launched

Delivering much of the quality of the flagship 801 D5 in a more affordable design, 802 D5 uses the same Diamond dome tweeter housed in a Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top, as well as the decoupled Turbine Head for its Continuum cone FST midrange driver. Dual 8-inch bass drivers are rigidly mounted in its reverse-wrap cabinet, ensuring controlled and precise low-frequency performance. The 802 D5 provides you with sound you wouldn’t believe possible.
The 803 D5 is the most compact 800 Series Diamond model to feature the iconic Turbine Head configuration. Thanks to its smaller proportions, it delivers reference-quality Bowers & Wilkins audio performance across a wider range of living and listening spaces.
As well as its Diamond dome tweeter and Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top, 803 D5 features new innovations, including enhanced Matrix with Space Frame Bracing and an Aluminium Top Plate with damping collar, ensuring the most precise and compelling sound possible. The 803 D5 is uncompromising in both performance and design.
The 804 D5 brings reference-quality 800 Series Diamond performance to a more conventional floorstanding loudspeaker design.
Perfect for those who want a breathtaking listening experience in a smaller footprint, the 804 D5 features a Diamond dome tweeter, housed in the iconic Tweeter-on-Top, for astonishing high-frequency precision. This is complemented by its Continuum cone, housed in an all-new Aluminium midrange enclosure, plus two Aerofoil bass drive units rigidly mounted within the reverse-wrap cabinet. Stabilised on an upgraded plinth with tuned-mass damping, 804 D5 reproduces clarity with breathtaking accuracy. The 804 D5 looks and sounds incredible.
The 805 D5 stand-mount loudspeaker is the most compact model in the 800 Series Diamond range. While it’s best suited for smaller listening spaces, its large-scale performance greatly exceeds its modest stature.
Equipped with their Diamond dome tweeter, Solid Body Tweeter-on-Top and Continuum mid-bass cone housed in a reverse wrap cabinet, 805 D5 sounds and performs best when securely atop its bespoke speaker stands. The 805 D5 is proof positive that small can still be beautiful.
